Miller Issues Statement of the House Impeachment Vote by California Republican
"Today I was extremely disheartened when I saw a Republican member of the California Congressional Delegation vote for the impeachment of President Donald Trump. I strongly condemn the actions of Republican Congressman David Valadao (R-California) and further call for his immediate expulsion from the California Republican Party, by CAGOP Leadership!" said Miller. Miller continued with a statement to current California Republican Party Chairwoman Jessica Patterson: "this is the textbook definition of losing control of your caucus!". When asked why he is now calling for the expulsion of a sitting Republican Congressman when they are becoming exceedingly rare in California Miller stated "With everything going on in our nation today from Coronavirus to the economic devastation caused by the heavy handed response to the pandemic by our governor to the extreme division caused by so many questions surrounding the validity of the Presidential Election Results, I feel, and I think most people feel the same, that Congress has a lot more things they need to be focusing on instead of attempting to remove a President with only 1 week left in office over the actions of people he did not control nor urge to violence. It is important to remember that the Capitol was breached before President Trump even finished his speech that was taking place more than a mile away from the Capitol. By voting in favor of impeachment Congressman Valadao has given his approval for Congress to use a political nuclear bomb against his own party for purely political motives." When asked if he believes that representatives should be removed from office for voting in favor of impeachment Miller said " I think that is a question for the voters to answer in about 2 years. People want Congress to work for them not play political games while using the American Public as pawns or leverage."

Miller goes after Newsom's Curfew Order
"Today Governor Newsom once again showed that he is just throwing things at the wall hoping they stick. This curfew order is nearly the dumest thing to come out of the Governor's office this year. It is intentionally designed to force people to stay at home at night, limiting their freedom of movement and hurting businesses that operate 24/7. But to what end? Are we honestly supposed to believe that if you are out after 10PM you are at more risk? If I get in the door by 9:59PM am I safe from Covid-19? No and NO. This is about control and we need to say No to this idiotic and unconstitutional order " -Dave Miller

Miller Fights For Small Businesses as Newsom Actively Hurts Them
"Tens of thousands of small businesses in California have been forced to permanently shutdown through no fault of their own. These small businesses were the primary driver of our economy and due to Governor Newsom's ham-handed, hyopcritical, edicts, that are not backed in science or available data of any kind, we are destroying the lives and livlihoods of hunders of thousands of Californians. We must push back against this. We must protect small business. Gavin Newsom should be ashamed of himself." - Dave Miller
